                             CHINA FAULT FINDING 

1)One sim is working but second sim is emergency.........

SOLUTION:-Repair IMEI of  second sim.

2)Phone shows no service 

SOLUTION:-Format it if not solves repair IMEI.Check hardware.Mostly bad contacts of antenna terminals.

3)Mobile Phone restarts on searching ?

SOLUTION:- * Take the flash file back up.   

                       * Format the phone.

                       * Most can't solves remove bluetooth module.

4)Phone hangs after power on 

SOLUTION:- * Check keypad of casing and see witch has been passed.Release that key.

                       *  Phone might be water damage. Clean it 

                       *  resolve MTK chip

5)Boot ok but format failed.

SOLUTION:-Change flash chip

          How to know that witch section in RX and TX are faulty?
          Testing of RX section - Manual searching in the mobile phone for testing the RX section. If RX section is correct after the searching means IDEA,AIRTEL,HUTCH etc.service provider name comes in the network list, which are in our area.

SOLUTION:-

(1) Clean and give the air.

(2) Insert jumper instead of  antenna switch.

(3) Give light hot air to the RF ic.

(4) Change the crystal oscillator.

(5) Reball the RF ic.

(6) Change the RF ic.

(7) Change the filter.

Testing of TX section-Manual searching in the mobile phone for testing the TX section. If the list of network providers are come on the display after searching then set the name of network provider of sim. If TX is ok then "home network selected" will be shown on this display. If TX is faulty then no access will be shown on the display.
   SOLUTION:-

(1) Change the PA ic

(2) Put a jumper from antenna  to antenna ,connected in the phone cabinet .

(3) Change or jumper the antenna switch.

(4) Tight the modified PM file.
